Solutions IT offers a range of Prepaid support hours packages giving organisations the ability to pre-pay for support at a significantly discounted hourly rate.  This allows you to better control budgets, reduce the need for individual invoices whilst providing you with priority service for regular or adhoc support.  Prepaid support hours can be used for a variety of services including:


Regular scheduled support visits

Adhoc support

Prepaid hours can be utilised on an as needed basis for any IT support work whenever you require us.


Remote support

With Prepaid support hours you can call our servicedesk for phone and remote support that can be deducted from prepaid support hours.


Hardware or Software installation

Your prepaid support hours can be utilised for the installation of hardware such as computers, printers, iPads, etc. or software such as new applications or iPad apps.  Some hardware and software such as server migrations and network upgrades require specialist skillsets and a higher level resource.  Prepaid hours can still be utilised for these projects however a multiplier may be applied to account for a higher level support engineer.


Basic Training

Solutions IT staff can provide basic training such as network administration or Apple configurator training.  Prepaid hours can be utilised for these services.  (Solutions IT also provides a variety of specialist Professional development services which are outside the scope of prepaid support hours)


How prepaid support works


You will be invoiced for each block of Prepaid hours in advance.  Once your prepaid hours have been purchased you can begin using them.  General guildlines of how prepaid hours work are as follows:


Using Hours

Each time you engage us to do work for you either remotely or onsite we will fill in a ticket in our Job system detailing the work completed and how many hours were used.  Hours will then be deducted from your prepaid balance.


On a regular basis you will be sent a report of hours used.


When you are nearly out of hours we will notify you at which point you can elect to buy more hours.
